At the present time Linear Dimensions is looking for:

Systems Engineer
Duties include administration of Client and Server Computers, Network maintenance, web administration, software design, support and license management. Duties also include design of analog and mixed signal IC's from definition to release for production, process evaluation, testing ICs, troubleshooting, and characterizing new products, layout of integrated circuits, sales support for analog applications specific integrated circuits (ASICs), and customer interaction to assist in integrating Linear products into their applications. Requirements include a Masters Degree in Computer Science minimum. Atleast 1 years experience with Cadence, Orcad, Tanner, semiconductor physics, circuits design, use of oscilloscopes and test equipment, programming in C++ and familiarity with Spice is a must.

Senior Analog Design Engineers
Engineers to design analog and mixed signal IC's from definition to release for production.  Compensation commensurate with experience. Requirements include a BSEE minimum. MSEE preferred.  Experience with various processes a plus.  Cadence, Mentor or Tanner experience a plus.  At least three years of experience is required.

Senior Sales Representatives
Sales representatives to sell Linear's Partnership program product, as well as our line of standard integrated circuits.  Representatives must be industry insiders.  Duties include interfacing with manufacturer's representatives, interfacing with existing and new customers.  
Job requires travel.  Requirements include a BSEE minimum plus three years of experience.

Field Application Engineers
FAE's are sought to support sales of analog applications specific integrated circuits (A2SICS), as well as to help customers integrate Linear products into their applications.  Generally this job involves customer interaction, ability to solve problems, developing circuits and prototype PCBs.  Requirements include a BSEE minimum and industry experience.

IC Layout Personnel
Linear Dimensions is looking for experienced layout personnel.  The job entails supporting electrical engineering staff by laying out analog integrated circuits from schematics.  Minimum experience in the field is two years.  Requirements include a post-secondary degree, industry experience, knowledge of a major design tool such as Cadence, Mentor, Tanner, Synopsis, or other.

Analog Engineers
Duties include testing ICs, troubleshooting, analog circuit design, characterizing new products.  Duties also include layout of integrated circuits, however, Linear Dimensions offers internal programs to help in these areas.  Familiarity with semiconductor physics, circuits design, use of oscilloscopes and test equipment, programming in C++and familiarity with Spice a must.  Requirements include a BSEE in Electrical Engineering minimum.  MSEE preferred.  Experience with various processes a plus.  Cadence, Mentor, or Tanner experience a plus.  At least three years of experience is required.

Analog Technicians
Duties include assisting engineers in building test mounting fixtures, building prototype PCBs, trouble shooting, testing, ICs, maintaining reliability data, performing reliability tests.  Individuals need to be creative problem solvers.  Minimum requirements include a post-secondary degree (3 years) as well as at least five years experience in the electronics industry.
